• Alcohols

Alcohols are solvents for fragrances, oils and fats. High-carbon alcohols, low-carbon alcohols and polyols are commonly used in cosmetics. Low-carbon alcohols can make cosmetics with a sense of coolness and have a bactericidal effect. Polyols are mainly used as solvents for fragrances, fragrance fixing agents, viscosity adjusters, freezing point depressants, moisturizers, etc.
