Application
Potassium citrate tribasic monohydrate (tribasic potassium citrate) may be added as a promoter during the preparation of activated carbon-supported CuCl2 + PdCl2 + NaOH catalyst. This catalyst was employed for the conversion of ethanol to diethyl carbonate (DEC).1 It may be used to compose the fermentation medium for Aspergillus niger 72-4. It may be used as a standard to investigate the influence of Bergenia ligulata rhizome (BLR) on CaC2O4 crystallization.

Product Description
Potassium citrate tribasic monohydrate is the tripotassium salt of citric acid. It has been proposed as a promising organic salt for the formation of aqueous two-phase system (ATPS). UCON (temperature-responsive polymer) + potassium citrate ATPS has been studied.
