Source and Preparation
The reaction of 5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro-2-naphthol with thiophosgene produced 5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro-2-naphthol ester and 2-methoxy-6-methylamine base pyridine in isopropyl alcohol and water for 2 hours at room temperature to obtain Liranaphthol. The total yield was 70%.
