Stability and Storage Conditions
Soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water. This product should be dark, sealed, frozen transportation and storage, avoid storage with strong oxidizing substances. Proper use and preservation of the condition of quality can be guaranteed for three years. Phospholipids can be hydrolyzed in strong acid and base environments, so contact with strong acid or base media should be avoided except for strong oxidizing substances.
