Technology: 5-boronopicolinic acid (BA) modified tumor-targeting drug delivery systems (T-DDSs) with strong tumor-targeting function

Results:

5-boronic acid (BA)-modified tumor-targeted drug delivery systems (T-DDSs) established by the authors have strong tumor-targeting functions. The extremely high targeting function and biocompatibility of T-DDSs improved their drug delivery efficiency and achieved good anti-tumor effects. This study shows that BA-modified T-DDS is used to design and prepare DDS with good biocompatibility and strong tumor specificity to improve drug delivery efficiency.
