With the rapid development of nanotechnology, nanoparticles offer new opportunities for the therapeutic research of different diseases. CD Formulation has been keen on the development and research of nanoparticles for therapeutic research for many years. We can offer high-quality nanoparticle customization services to meet customers' different needs and promote the progress of the therapeutic research.
Nanoprticles mainly include organic nanoparticles, inorganic nanoparticles, and carbon based nanoparticles. They are widely used for the treatment of various diseases.

Nanoparticles, with their unique properties of inherent physicochemical customization and manipulation, enable us to explore a wide range of possibilities in medicine, including early identification of biomarkers, precise targeting of cellular and tissue components, development of sophisticated drug delivery mechanisms and and disease treatment.
Nanoparticles reduce bacterial resistance mainly by disrupting the membrane potential and integrity of bacterial cells, preventing the formation of biofilms and the production of reactive oxygen species, enhancing the host's immune response, and inducing intracellular processes to block the synthesis of RNA and proteins.
In the infectious lung disease treatment field, nanoparticles can achieve targeted drug delivery, enhance drug solubility, reduce toxicity, and have synergistic therapeutic effects. With our unremitting efforts, we develop a pulmonary nanoparticle drug delivery system for the treatment of tuberculosis.
Based on this property of enhancing cytokine induction and antibody responses, we are developing vaccine formulations for the treatment and prevention of specific infectious diseases by using surface-modified nanoparticles to deliver antigenic compounds specifically to antigen presenting cells.
In dentistry, polymeric nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles, liposomes, micelles, nanotube nanoparticles, gold nanoparticles, fullerene, and magnetic nanoparticles can enhance the basic properties of resin-based composites, such as their high polishing ability and gloss stability retention, and can be used in oral disease preventive drugs, prostheses, and dental implants. At the same time, these nanoparticles can provide oral fluids or drugs to effectively prevent and treat certain oral diseases, such as oral cancer, while significantly promoting oral health care.

Our nanoparticle-mediated drug delivery platforms have obvious advantages in the treatment and control of cancer due to their good pharmacokinetics, precise targeting, reduced side effects, and alleviated drug resistance.
We leverage this nanotechnology to alter and manipulate various entities at the atomic scale to achieve targeted properties for the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases of the brain and disorders.
Nanoparticles are the most advanced drug delivery carriers in the treatment of various diseases. Relying on our state-of-the-art nanoparticle technology platforms, CD Formulation has been keen on developing nanoparticles for disease treatment, catering to customers' different personalized needs, and supporting the rapid development of their preclinical research.
Technology: Targeting nanoparticles in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney
Journal: International Journal of Molecular Sciences
IF: 4.9
Published: 2022
Results:
The authors in-depth expound the unique properties of nanoparticles, which can be used to design targeting nanoparticles for specific cells or tissues. Therefore, nanoparticles can be used for encapsulated drug delivery systems containing immunosuppressants and other drugs, imaging, gene therapy, and many other branches of medicine. The authors also discussed that targeting nanoparticles have great potential in kidney disease and transplantation by reducing and preventing ischemia-reperfusion injury, more effectively delivering drugs to the transplant site while avoiding systemic effects, accurately locating and visualizing lesions, and being able to continuously monitor transplant function.
