Results: In this study, the fast-dissolving oral films were successfully fabricated from chitosan and pullulan with different proportions in the form of self-standing nanofiber films without using any inedible polymeric matrix by electrospinning technique. SEM results suggested that the diameter of nanofibers increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of chitosan content in solutions. FTIR and XRD analysis proved the interaction and miscibility between two polymer chains.
