Targeting nanoformulations can improve drug efficacy, reduce toxicity, improve the safety, effectiveness, reliability and patient compliance of drugs, they have increasingly received widespread attention from the global pharmaceutical community. CD Formulation has been committed to preparation of targeting nanoformulations for many years, assisting researchers or pharmaceutical companies from various countries in targeting nanoformulation development and analysis.
Targeting nanoformulations are nanodrug delivery systems in which nanocarriers selectively concentrate and locate drugs in targeting tissues, targeting organs, targeting cells, or intracellular structures through local administration or systemic blood circulation. According to the targeted delivery mechanism, they are divided into three types, such as passive targeting nanoformulations, active targeting nanoformulations, and physical and chemical targeting nanoformulations.

Targeting nanoformulations have good stability, high bioavailability, and good therapeutic effects. They can improve the efficacy of drugs while significantly reducing the toxic and side effects of drugs on other tissues, organs, and the whole body. Targeting nanoformulations have the following advantages:
CD Formulation is committed to the targeting nanoformulation development based on our advanced design concept, instruments and equipment many years. Drug targeting is essentially the interaction between functional groups, that is, the core group on the surface of the nanodrug is chemically combined with the group at the receptor site to achieve targeting purposes. Our solutions for targeting nanoformulation development according to different types of targeting nanoformulation as follows.
Passive targeting nanocarriers include liposomes, emulsions, microspheres, nanocapsules and nanospheres, nanoparticles, and polymeric micelles. We will prepare the targeting nanoformulations based on different nanocarrier preparation methods, such as liposome preparation methods which include injection method, film dispersion method, ultrasonic dispersion method, reverse phase evaporation method, freeze-drying method, etc.
Active targeting nanoformulations are modified nanodrug carriers, including modified liposomes, modified microspheres, modified nanoparticles, etc. We can prepare the following modified nanodrug carriers.

CD Formulation is committed to the formulation development and characterization services for physical and chemical targeting nanoformulations including magnetic targeting nanoformulations, heat-sensitive nanoformulations, pH-sensitive nanoformulations, etc. Taking preparation of magnetic targeting nanoformulations as an example, we combine magnetic materials and drugs through appropriate carriers to prepare magnetic oriented systems, covering magnetic microspheres, magnetic nanoparticles, magnetic liposomes, etc.
We can also provide our clients with in vitro and in vivo evaluation services for targeting nanoformulations.

Results:
The authors designed a protein-peptide co-assembled nanoformulation (PePCAN) platform to enable multiple targeting peptides to have significantly enhanced anti-tumor properties both in vitro and in vivo. As a new anti-tumor peptide nano-library biomedical technology, the PePCAN platform provides a universal solution for peptide drugs with enhanced drug properties for targeted cancer treatment.
The preparation of protein-peptide co-assembling nanoformulation (PePCAN) platform and TEM images are shown in this article.
