- CAR Design & Construction
The CARs recognize and bind to specific antigens on the surface of tumor cells. Thus, obtaining high-quality CARs is a key step in CAR development. Based on our advanced technologies, we provide the CAR design and construction which is the key technology for CAR-NK cell therapy, including but not limited to: suicide CAR, inducible CAR, enhanced CAR, bispecific CAR, synNotch CAR, masked CAR, oxygen-sensing CAR etc.
- Collection and Isolation of NK Cells
NK cells can be generated from a variety of sources, including umbilical cord blood (UCB), peripheral blood (PB), human-induced pluripotent stem cell, human embryonic stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and NK cell lines. Accordingly, NK cells need to be isolated to remove other components such as T or B cells, or other contaminants. We provide high quality specific antibodies for NK cell isolation, ensuring the isolation of NK cells based on cell surface markers.

NK cell activation and expansion is an important part of the CAR-NK cell preparation process, and although there are a variety of methods that can be used to promote NK cell growth, the two most widely used are feeding cells and cytokine mixtures. CAR-NK was developed using GMP-grade cytokines as raw materials to effectively activate NK cells during in vitro expansion.
